This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs the shipping and delivery of physical math workbooks, textbooks, student kits, and curriculum products purchased through VMAT Vedic Math Academy (vmatwebsite.com).

1. Order Processing Time

All physical products purchased in our merchandise store are packed, quality-checked, and dispatched from our Bangalore center. Orders are prepared within **2 to 3 business days** of receiving your successful Razorpay payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched from our Whitefield center:

• We will notify you with the shipping partner details and the unique Tracking Docket ID.
• You can check your order's active transit status directly from your **Student Dashboard** under the "Merch Orders" tab.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We pack all curriculum workbooks and kits with high-grade protective packaging. However, if your order is damaged in transit:

• Inspect the package upon arrival. If the external box is severely torn or damaged, do not accept the package and notify us immediately.
• If the internal textbooks are damaged or defective, email us at sajiandsaji@gmail.com within **10 days** of delivery. We will ship a free replacement kit immediately.
